DELIVERY COSTS:

1) How much does delivery cost?

The cost of delivery:

We are not responsible for any additional costs due to customs outside the EU

2) How long does delivery take?
For standard articles we provide shipping your order within one or two business days. For some other articles one day more could be necessary.

3) How can I recess from my order?

BY the art. 6 of the European directive 97/7/CE the consumers can recess from order within 7 days after delivery. By send us a letter by priority post to inform us that you want to recess from order and by shipping us the goods.
The goods must be perfects, intacts, not use, not be damaged in any way, it must have the label attached, and it must be placed in the original packaging, and send us at your cost at our address in a cardboard box that can save the goods inside. (not inside an envelope)
The entire shipping cost of send and return of goods are totaly at consumer's charge.
Won't be accepted for substitution the following:

- Goods in contact with private parts (slip, loincloth, thong, etc...)
- Goods without original package
- Goods weared or washed
- Goods damaged by improper usage by customer
- Goods sent by cash on delivery or carriage forward.

4) How can I pay?

  • By PAYPAL, which grants costless and safe shipping. By credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Aura) (in this case the owner of the card has to be the buyer).
  • By Bank Transfer in Advance. Please take note: we will take in your order and provide shipping it only once money transfer has been successfully completed. 

5) What can I do if article I ordered is not available?
It is rare, but could happen. Should one or more ordered articles not be available, we will contact you the day after receiving your order and you will be informed about waiting time. Should you decide to accept, order will be delivered within given times. Should waiting time be inconvenient for you, we will cancel your order and return your payment.
